CBI is currently renovating multiple towers and building facades at the Plaza De La Paz shopping center in Laguna Niguel. Included in these renovations is demo, framing, temp railing and stairs, MEP, waterproofing, roofing, scaffolding, flashing, painting, ceramic tile install, and installation of new domes and clocks atop the towers. This 3-Phase project is on track to be completed early September.
