UCI HEALTH was a medical office improvement with a reception area, waiting room, private patient exam rooms, break room, and private offices. Floor to ceiling work included demolition, new partitions, suspended ceiling assemblies, lighting, doors, extensive millwork, LVT flooring, paint, and associated MEP improvements. The facility was completed in early 2022 and re-opened for primary care and outpatient exams and procedures.
