KILROY DEL MAR was a complete Tenant Improvement on the third floor of an existing building to become the new office space for Kilroy Realty. This project included renovation of the entrance lobby with all new finishes from floor to ceiling and a custom contemporary glass entry system. The layout of the space included a variety of nonrestrictive open office space surrounded by private offices, small and large conference rooms, and an all new break room with full amenities. Complimenting the many upgrades, the design of the space brought about clean, crisp, natural tones, with pops of color and modern geometrical shapes, making for a fresh and professional atmosphere.
