II-VI Aerospace | Multiple Projects over a combined 30,000 SF. One location included a warehouse conversion into lab space for heavy equipment and manufacturing. Another location included existing space reconfigured for laser and sandblast chambers, manufacturing space with chilled water, nitrogen, vacuum, and compressed air drops, and adjacent office space. Other locations included a laser laboratory, a testing a research laboratory, a relocated modular clean room, and a properly rated sensitive compartment information facility for secure government use.
