DEL MAR TECH LOBBY UPGRADE was a complete lobby renovation in the Del Mar Tech Center. This project entailed demolishing the existing flooring, lighting, HVAC registers, and select walls to provide a more unrestricted floor plan. The existing staircase finishes and hand railing were also removed to make way for a contemporary glass railing system. New linear lights were installed in a beautiful Armstrong wood slat ceiling to provide a clean, streamline reception. In addition to many other upgrades, porcelain wood tile from Italy was installed alongside large-format white tile to accentuate the beachy tones and artwork, making for a fresh and professional Del Mar vibe.
