DMCC I & II consisted of two completely renovated lobbies and exterior site work. The site work included landscape renovation surrounding two commercial buildings, all new storefront system with steel surround and glazing, new storm drain installation, and new building signage. The lobbies were uniquely remodeled with geometric origami walls, pendant accent lighting extending between multiple floors, and stone tile, all tying together for fresh and open lobby areas.
