CHUBB was a high-end tenant improvement that consisted of remodeling the lobby and conference rooms with glass fronts and doors, remodeled restrooms, new finishes throughout as well as new mechanical units, lighting and electrical. The merger of three different companies into one 18,026 SF space was completed within 12 weeks of starting the project without disturbance of the already occupied space.
