CHARLES SCHWAB was an extensive building skin renovation and 18,000 SF tenant improvement. The project was a conversion of an old restaurant into an open, well-lit space with significant storefront. Facade work included removal of existing plaster and brick facade, structural upgrades, new glazing system along the majority of the space, and a new steel canopy clad with aluminum composite panels. Interior work included a complete new build out with high end finishes and new restrooms. The project was done at Hazard Center and the entire complex remained open during construction.
